Where are my own settings?

Open Settings and look under Personal. Organisation settings are separate and are for administrators.

More in “Find your way around”
How do I find a record quickly?

Use Search in the top bar. A reference code is the safest way to tell similar names apart.

Why does my Home look different from a colleague's?

Home follows your role and caseload. This is normal.

More in “Find your way around”

More in “Find your way around”

More in “Sign in and protect your account”

More in “Sign in and protect your account”

More in “Sign in and protect your account”

More in “Start here: how Daymello works”
Why can I see things my colleague cannot?

Your role and allocation decide what you see. Ask your admin if something you need is missing.

More in “Start here: how Daymello works”
What is the difference between booking and planning?

Booking puts a session on the calendar. Planning says what you will do and why. They are separate steps.

More in “Start here: how Daymello works”
What if I cannot find a person?

They may not be allocated to you. Ask who manages allocation. Do not create a second record.

More in “Start here: how Daymello works”
What should I do if I am worried about a child?

Act on your organisation's procedure at once and raise a concern. Do not wait for a form or a signature.

More in “Start here: how Daymello works”
Why does my Home look different from a colleague's?

Home follows your role and your caseload. A colleague with a different job sees different sections. This is normal.

More in “Use your Home page”
Why can't I see the switch between views?

It only appears if you have both a caseload and a managing role. If you only have one, there is nothing to switch to.

More in “Use your Home page”
Where is my unfinished write-up?

Look under Unfinished sessions. If it is not there, it may already be sent for sign-off or signed off.

More in “Use your Home page”
What does Needs you now mean?

It lists work that waits for you specifically. Clearing it does not hide anything. It shows what is left for you to do.

More in “Use your Home page”
Why is there no Record session button on my card?

The plan may not be saved yet. Choose Plan session first, finish the preparation, then come back.

More in “Use your Home page”
A figure on Home looks wrong. What should I do?

Refresh the page first. If it is still wrong, open the page it links to and check the detail there.

More in “Use your Home page”
Why does search show nothing for someone I know exists?

You may not have access to that record, or the spelling differs. Try their reference code, then ask who manages allocation.

More in “Search for a person, a note or a file”

At least two. One letter is too short to search.

More in “Search for a person, a note or a file”

More in “Search for a person, a note or a file”

No. The email on the page is fixed. Ask for a new invitation to the address you want to use.

More in “Accept your invitation and join”
The page says the invitation has expired.

Ask whoever invited you to send a new one. The old link will not work again.
