Questions people ask
Who can invite someone?
Only admins. Managers who open the tab are told to ask an admin.
More in “Invite a person”Why does it say there are no free seats?
Every person with a role and every invite not yet accepted uses a seat. Withdraw an unused invite to free one.
More in “Invite a person”The email has not arrived.
Ask them to check junk mail, then press Resend. If it still fails, use a starter password.
More in “Invite a person”The link has expired.
Press Resend. The old link stops working and a new one lasts seven days.
More in “Invite a person”Can I give someone more than one role?
Yes, after they join. Add the extra role from their row, and check their section access.
More in “Invite a person”Where is the invite form?
On the Staff page, under Roles & access. The old Team settings page now points there.
More in “Invite a person”Who can assign training?
Managers and admins assign it. Only admins change the course catalogue or import history.
More in “Manage staff training”What does not assessed mean?
No requirement is assigned. It is not the same as fully compliant.
More in “Manage staff training”A completion is wrong. How do I fix it?
Open its history and choose Void completion. Give a reason. It stays in history as rejected.
More in “Manage staff training”Do CPD hours change the compliance figure?
No. CPD hours are a separate measure with their own yearly target.

Archive them instead, from the staff archive page, and hand over their work first.
More in “Find a colleague and read their record”Can I send a colleague my filtered view?
