Requests, budget, CPD and reports: this part shows where the printed report comes from.
For managers and admins. The report is made for printing or saving as a PDF.
Steps
- Open Staff training from the staff pages.
- For the whole team, press Print report.
- For one person, open them and press Print transcript.
- Read the top line: the percentage compliant and the number of people.
- Check the tables: by person, by course and the competency list.
- Use the page's print button to print or save as a PDF.
- Check the date printed at the top.
- Store it only where your policy allows.
If it goes wrong
- If the report cannot load, reload. Tell an admin if it keeps happening.
- If a person has no training on record, the page says so. Check they are in your organisation.
- A printed report is a snapshot. Print a new one before a meeting.
- If a figure looks wrong, open the course or person in staff training and check the record.
How it links together
Nothing is changed by printing. Fix a figure at its source in staff training, then print again. CPD hours are shown separately from compliance.

Who can print
Managers and admins. Other staff can see their own training on their own page, but not the team report.
The team report
The top line shows the percent compliant and how many required items are done. It notes how many are complete but not yet signed off in practice.
Below are tables by person, with role, compliance and outstanding items. There is also a table by course, lowest first, and a list of competency to sign off.
CPD hours
The report also shows hours towards the yearly target, by job title and by person. This is separate from the compliance figure. People who are behind are listed first.
A person's transcript
The transcript lists each course, its category, whether it is required, its status, when it was done, when it renews and any evidence. It also lists logged hours by year.
Certificates
A certificate can be printed for a booked training place. It opens as its own page. Print it from there.
Looking after printed copies
Printed reports name people. Keep them secure and shred them when you are finished.
