Questions people ask

Can I stop and come back?

Yes. Everything saves as you go.

More in “Use the set-up guide”
Why won't a step tick?

Some steps tick by themselves when the work is done on their own page. Do the work there.

More in “Use the set-up guide”
Why can't I switch on reminders?

A step needed before going live is still open. The page names it.

More in “Use the set-up guide”
Does skipping a step finish it?

No. Skipping only lets you carry on. Come back to it.

More in “Use the set-up guide”
Who can see the guide?

Admins. Managers and DSLs see only the steps that are theirs.

More in “Use the set-up guide”
Will renaming a word change old records?

No record changes. Only the word used to describe it changes, everywhere it is shown.

More in “Change the words your organisation uses”
Can I undo a rename?

Yes. Press Reset to our default on the card. The standard word comes back at once.

More in “Change the words your organisation uses”
Why is the Save button greyed out?

Either a box needs fixing, which the line under the boxes explains, or you are a manager and changes are not allowed yet.

More in “Change the words your organisation uses”
Who sees my new word?

Everyone in your organisation, and anyone who receives your emails and reports, including schools and families.

More in “Change the words your organisation uses”

More in “Change the words your organisation uses”

More in “Your organisation's details, branding and billing”

They moved here. The old addresses send you to this page.

More in “Your organisation's details, branding and billing”

One logo is used everywhere. Upload it once under branding and emails follow.

More in “Your organisation's details, branding and billing”
How do I add more seats?

Seats are set from your subscription. Use the portal on the billing page or ask the platform team.

More in “Your organisation's details, branding and billing”
