For admins. The bundle holds the records you can access. It records the time and a reference.
Steps
- Open Admin, then Bulk export.
- Choose whether to export by area or by commissioner.
- Pick the one you want from the list.
- Check the count shown for how many people are included.
- Press Download bundle. The button shows Exporting… while it works.
- Save the file to approved storage. Share it only with those entitled to it.
If it goes wrong
- If it says select an area, you have not chosen one yet.
- If it fails, the page shows the code. Wait and try again. You can run five exports a minute.
- If the lists will not load, reload the page and tell your admin if it persists.
What goes in the bundle
The records you can access, for the young people currently assigned to the area or commissioner you pick.
The file names the export time and a reference, so you can show later what was sent.
Limits
You can run up to five exports a minute. A person you cannot access is left out, and the page says how many.
Handling the file
A bundle holds children's records. Send it by a secure route and not by ordinary email.
Before you press download
Check you picked the right area or commissioner. After the download, open the file and check it holds the records you expected before you share it with anyone.
Decide who needs the file and why before you save it. Keep it in approved storage, and delete your own copies once the person you sent it to has it safely.
How it links together
The download is written to the audit log. The records in it come from the same places as the record pages, so recent changes are included.
For your whole organisation, use the organisation export. See the guides on that, on information agreements and on authority access.
