Where each one went
- Themes and branding: now on the organisation details page, with your logo and colours.
- Programmes: now on Courses and awards.
- Service aims: now a panel on the reports page.
- Theory of change: now in the reports section.
- Welcome documents: now on the Onboarding page, under the welcome pack.
- Notification organisations: reminder recipients are on the Tasks page, in the reminders panel.
- Report routing: now in the emails settings, on the two half-term report rows.
- Learning style: now in the questionnaires section.
Why things moved
Settings now sit beside the work they affect. The same job used to need two screens. Now it needs one.
Each old address still works. It sends you to the new place, so saved links and bookmarks are not broken.
Who can use them
The new pages use the same access rules as the screens around them. Managers can change several that used to be for admins only.
Updating your bookmarks
If you land on a page you did not expect, that is the redirect. Bookmark the page you arrive on.
How it links together
Each of these settings still feeds the same places as before: reports, emails, onboarding and the questionnaires. Only the screen you edit it on changed.
See the guides on organisation details and branding, on choosing who gets each email and on your tasks.
