For managers and admins. Each ILP is edited either here or in its workbook. This page lists them and counts how many have moved. It changes nothing itself.
Steps
- Open the page. The top card says how many ILPs are now edited here, and how many are still in a workbook.
- Read the next line. It says how many overdue reviews have not moved. Those are at the top of the list.
- Under Review due, find the young person with the oldest overdue review. Click their name to open the ILP.
- Check the workbook, or its Word or PDF copy, for changes the ILP does not have. If there are some, choose Bring in from a file and add them.
- Choose Edit this plan here from now. The plan is then edited in the platform.
- Come back to the list. Where it is edited now says when it moved. Use Next for the next page.
If it goes wrong
- Moved the wrong one? You can put it back. The move is not permanent.
- The list did not load? Press Reload the list before you rely on it.
- A name shows no ILP yet? There is nothing to move yet.
Why move one at a time
Moving a plan means looking at it first. If the workbook has newer changes, bringing them in before you move stops them being lost. The move itself is the button on the plan, not on this list.
The list
- Name: click it to open the ILP on the young person's record.
- Review due: the date, and how many days overdue it is, if it is.
- Where it is edited: here since a date, still in its workbook, or no ILP yet.
The list shows active young people only, with the oldest overdue reviews first. Use Previous and Next to page through. The line above the table counts how many are shown.
Overdue first
The ILP with the oldest overdue review comes first, so you fix the most urgent ones before the rest. If none is overdue, the page says so.
Who can use it
Managers and admins. Anyone else is sent back to Home. Opening a plan from the list needs the usual access to that young person's record.
Where it fits
Coverage of ILPs across the service is reported separately under record quality. This page is for the one job of moving them.

How it links together
A plan that has moved is edited on the young person's record, and its goals become available to link from the Planner and the write-up. Review dates drive the overdue count on this page and in coverage reports. See the learning plans guide and the plan template guide.
