For everyone who is signed in. This page lists staff only, not the contacts held on a child's record.
Steps
- Open Staff contacts. The heading shows how many people are listed.
- Under Find a colleague, type a name, job title, number or email.
- Press Search. The list narrows to the people who match.
- Read the person's card in All staff. It shows their job title, work number and work email.
- Press the number to ring, or the email to write, if your device allows it.
- If nobody matches, press Show everyone and look again.
- If your own details are wrong, go to your profile and correct them there.
If it goes wrong
- A red message instead of the list means it could not be loaded. Reload the page.
- If you see that nobody is on the staff list yet, an admin adds people from the Staff page.
- A card may say No work number or No email. That person has not given one.
How it links together
The page reads each person's profile and the staff list, and shows only work details. Correct your own in your profile. Child contacts are in the contacts guide.

What is on this page, and what is not
Only the four things a colleague needs: name, job title, work phone and work email. Home addresses and personal numbers are never shown here. They are held on the staff list that only managers and admins can open.
Who can see it
Everyone who is signed in, whatever their role. A mentor can use it to reach the DSL or a manager quickly.
How the list is ordered and searched
People are listed in alphabetical order by their first name. The search looks in the name, job title, phone number and email at once. It ignores capital letters.
Correcting your own details
Your card shows (you) beside your name. If your number or job title is wrong, change it in your profile settings. The page reads from there, so the fix appears here.
Not the same as a child's contacts
Parents, carers and professionals around a young person live in the Contacts section of the record. This page is for colleagues only.
